North Attleboro, MA
3rd Shift, 11pm-7am (Sunday-Thursday)
Pay Rate: $23-25/hr

What’s a typical day as a Production Operator? You’ll be:
  • Supporting manufacturing processes within the Refining Division
  • Loading, unloading, and moving materials for distribution or further processing
  • Setting up, monitoring, and preparing materials for processing, refinement, production, and shipment
  • Preparing anodes, electrolytes, and monitoring various refinery and recovery processes
  • Initiating and monitoring chemical reactions and operating scrubbers, dust collectors, pumps, and evaporators
  • Completing refinery paperwork, including verification and documentation of weights
  • Assisting with general housekeeping and periodic maintenance of equipment
  • Safely operating forklifts, pumps, mixers, hoists, sandblasters, rectifiers, ovens, and other equipment
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Possess strong math and English skills with attention to detail
  • Are able to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Have at least one year of experience in manufacturing or a similar environment (willing to train the right candidate)
  • Demonstrate good mechanical aptitude and chemical handling abilities
  • Can safely operate manual and powered material handling equipment
  • Are eager to learn and work with metallurgical refining processes such as electroplating and hydrometallurgical processing (experience is a plus)
