Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Solder touch-up and wiring of printed circuit boards (PCBs).
• Inspection and assembly of electronic components, subassemblies, and modules.
• Utilizing specific written instructions, wiring lists, and diagrams to complete your work accurately.
• Employing the necessary tools and machinery provided for assembly tasks.
• Verifying and inspecting products to ensure they meet required specifications.

Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent practical experience.
• The ability to read and interpret written instructions and assembly guidelines.
• Experience with soldering techniques.

Preferred Qualifications
Although not mandatory, the following skills would enhance your application:

• Experience with conformal coating.
• Knowledge of bonding processes using adhesives.
• Familiarity with flow and selective soldering techniques.

Compensation and Benefits
