About the Role
We are hiring Assembly Associates in Wentzville, MO to support high-volume manufacturing and production operations across all shifts. In this role, you'll assemble, package, and inspect products while following work instructions and quality standards in a fast-paced light industrial environment.

What We Offer

Pay: $16-$18 per hour
Shift: All shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)
Weekly pay
Temp-to-hire potential based on performance

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform assembly and production tasks following standard work instructions
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment or staging
• Inspect parts and finished goods to meet quality standards
• Operate basic production/assembly tools and equipment as assigned
• Keep accurate production counts and communicate issues to the lead or supervisor

To Be Considered, You Must Meet the Following:

• Direct experience in the specific role you are applying for
• Recent assembly experience in a manufacturing or light industrial environment
• Experience following written work instructions, quality standards, and production processes
• Reliable attendance and ability to work any shift (days, evenings, or nights)
• Ability to maintain consistent output in a fast-paced production setting
