The Global Talent Acquisition team is central to CRA's success by identifying great talent to join our firm. In this entry-level role, you will support terminal and professional degree recruiting, taking ownership for full-life cycle recruitment and coordinating day-to-day operational processes. Position could be located in Boston, Chicago, New York, or Washington, DC. You will report to a Talent Acquisition Manager and work closely with the global Talent Acquisition team to drive the momentum of CRA through hiring top talent.

Salary and other compensation A good-faith estimate of the annual base salary range for this position in the US is $60,000 $70,000. Starting pay within this range may vary based on factors such as education level, experience, skills, geographic location, market conditions, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for bonus incentive compensation.
