Dedicated truck driver - JCPenney

Average pay: $1,060-$1,300 weekly

Home time: Weekly

Experience: All CDL holders

Overview

• Dry van trailer hauling clothing.

• 10% drop-and-hook.

• 3-4 loads per week with 2-3 stop-offs per load.

• Daily pallet jack unloading of lightweight freight.

• Drive within IL, IN, MD, MI, OH, PA and WI.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.

• Weekly performance pay.

• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.

• $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.

• Paid orientation.

• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.

• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

• Live within 40 miles of Columbus, OH, Seville, OH or Toledo, OH.
