Always Best Care of Fairfax provides compassionate, clientcentered inhome support throughout Fairfax County. We are currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for short morning and/or evening shifts in Burke, VA. If you’re a caring professional looking to make a meaningful difference in a family’s daily routine, we’d love to meet you.
Position Overview
We are seeking attentive, reliable CNAs to assist a client who recently experienced a fall and now requires extra safety support during wakeup and bedtime routines. This role focuses on providing gentle personal care, assistance with typical Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), and an added sense of comfort and security for both the client and their spouse.These shifts are ideal for CNAs who enjoy shorter, focused care windows that enable them to bookend their regular schedule with more hours and value being part of a supportive home environment.
