Position Purpose Understand the specific needs and limitations of every client and facilitate safe, fun, and results-driven fitness programming. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Conduct initial fitness consultations Engage with members to drive new client acquisition Program design for individual client success Serve Personal Training Sessions Monthly assessment of client progress and opportunities Ensure Customer Service Excellence (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution) Provide fitness expertise (product knowledge, programs, events, etc.) Stay knowledgeable about new fitness trends Maintain valid certifications throughout employment Progressive goal setting for each client Ensure equipment maintenance and safety Requirements for Success Fight hard to win Punctual and dependable Takes ownership of results Adapts well and quickly to various situations Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality Team player and willing to jump into any task and get it done Possesses strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills Must be extremely organized Able to work independently, multi-task in a fast-paced and demanding environment Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work Available to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, afternoons, evenings, and late-night shifts Comfortable with technology, good phone etiquette, and quick in shifting focus Portrays a healthy lifestyle Experience Levels Level 0 PT – No experience needed; we will certify you in Personal Training and CPR in-house. Job requirement: Complete in-house CPR/AED, Smart Fitness Certification, PT Onboarding, and assigned online education courses within 30 days of hire. Salary: $17.50/hr session rate (All states excluding CA) or $17.50/hr non session rate (CA only). Level 1 PT – Less than 1 year of experience, with either a CPT or a bachelor's degree in an exercise science. Salary: $20/hr session rate. Level 2 PT – 2 certifications or 1 year verified industry experience. Salary: $25/hr session rate. Education / Certification Requirements Valid CPR/AED Certification within 30 days of employment (must be completed in person, not online) Other Requirements Must successfully pass Background Check Compensation and Additional Income Opportunities Hourly Position—$15.50–$30 USD. Eligible for variable income opportunities including commission and bonus. Tenure Pay is available.
