Experience working with diverse populations and fitness levels. What We Offer Competitive Compensation: $20–$45 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and instructional background. Flexible scheduling with consistent teaching blocks available and part‑time opportunities that could grow to full time. Professional development with comprehensive 15 to Fit Method™ Pilates training and certification, tuition reimbursement opportunities, and ongoing education and mentorship. Daily access to Master Instructor‑level coaching and development. Benefits: W‑2 employment, workers' compensation coverage, career advancement opportunities, and a supportive, team‑oriented culture. Why Instructors Love Working Here At 15 to Fit, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in a thriving Pilates studio while learning directly from industry‑leading instructors. Instead of traveling to workshops across the country, you’ll receive practical, real‑world training every day in a supportive environment. You’ll spend your workday moving, coaching, connecting with people, and making a meaningful impact on clients’ lives—rather than sitting behind a desk or staring at a phone.
