About 15 to Fit Method™ Pilates 15 to Fit Method™ Pilates is a premier Pilates and fitness training studio specializing in Pilates equipment training, suspension training, and bodyweight conditioning. We provide private, semi‑private, and small‑group sessions (7 participants or fewer) in a supportive, motivating environment where clients build strength, confidence, and long‑term wellness habits. Founded by Patrea Aeschliman, Balanced Body Master Instructor, our studio is committed to developing both clients and instructors. What You’ll Do Lead engaging Pilates and fitness sessions for individuals and small groups. Deliver safe, effective workouts using Pilates equipment and suspension training systems. Create personalized programming based on client goals, abilities, and progress. Build positive relationships that inspire clients to stay consistent and motivated. Perform client assessments and track progress over time. Collaborate with fellow instructors to enhance programming and client experiences. Maintain studio equipment and ensure a clean, professional environment. Participate in ongoing education and instructor development opportunities. What We’re Looking For Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. High school diploma or equivalent. At least one fitness‑related certification, course, or training program. Minimum of one year teaching or coaching experience in fitness, dance, athletics, or a related field. Basic technology skills for scheduling and communication. Preferred Qualifications Pilates teaching experience. Personal training certification. Degree or coursework in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Promotion, or a related field.
