About the Opportunity:• Job Title: Clean Room Associate• Pay Rate: $20.00/hr• Location: Delano, MN• Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2:00PM-10:30PM• Position Type: Temp to HireRequirements and Qualifications:• Company is willing to train, no experience performing functions of the role is required.• Candidates with experience in a service industry role are encouraged to apply.• Strong tenure with past employers.• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.Duties and Responsibilities:• Operates molding equipment to produce silicone and plastic components, ensuring parts meet process and quality standards.• Operate and monitor molding presses or injection molding machines.• Load material, remove molded parts and perform basic inspections.• Document production data and report process issues.• Support troubleshooting and routine machine adjustments.• Work in cleanroom environments.Discover Award Staffing:At Award Staffing, we believe that work should be more than just a paycheck-it should inspire, empower, and create a sense of purpose.
