Overview Job Title: Clinical Site Coordinator Join a mission-driven team dedicated to advancing groundbreaking clinical research. As a Clinical Site Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the management of clinical trials, ensuring successful implementation and adherence to research protocols. Responsibilities Coordinate assigned multi-site or large-scale clinical trials research studies under the supervision of principal investigators. Ensure adherence to FDA and protocol guidelines, and take appropriate actions to address potential problems. Draft reports, documents, and correspondence for regulatory agencies and participating clinical trial sites. Assist in the development and modification of plans and protocols for clinical research studies. Prepare and recommend amendments to clinical trials protocols in collaboration with appropriate committees. Oversee the distribution of forms, supplies, equipment, laboratory samples, and drugs required for research protocols. Supervise and train clinical trials assistants, ensuring completeness and accuracy of study files. Essential Skills 4+ years’ experience as a Clinical Trial Coordinator, including CTMS tracking, TMF filing, regulatory filing, site communication, multi-site management, meetings and minutes, and informed consent forms (ICF). Experience with Contract Research Organizations (CRO). A 4-year degree or higher. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Work Environment This position is 100% remote, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must reside in states where the organization is licensed to employ, including CA, DC, FL, GA, MD, NY, SC, TN, TX, VA, AZ, HI, IL, MT, CO, MS, NJ, PA. The role is strictly a 6-month renewable contract with the opportunity to interview via MS Teams. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Raleigh, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $46.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
