This role will cover a diverse territory spanning from the Hilton Head Island MSA to Savannah MSA as well as surrounding areas. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with complex valuation assignments across a variety of property types and purposes—including financial reporting, acquisition, mortgage lending, portfolio analysis, eminent domain, and estate planning.
