Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dental Insurance Coordinator based in Miami, FL. The Dental Insurance Coordinator will assist patients in understanding their dental insurance benefits and managing claims. Responsibilities include verifying insurance coverage, liaising with insurance providers, handling patient inquiries, processing claims, answering phone calls, and ensuring the accurate maintenance of patient insurance records. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and fostering positive patient relationships. Qualifications Knowledge of Insurance, including understanding of policy details and dental insurance processes Experience with Insurance Claims and Health Insurance handling Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for interacting professionally with patients and insurance providers Attention to detail and accuracy in managing insurance records and claims Ability to work on-site in a team-oriented environment Proficiency in Eaglesoft management software is a plus Previous experience in a similar role or a certificate in dental administration is a requirement Bilingual - English & Spanish is a necessity. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bliss Dental
