The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a technical environment. Key Responsibilities Extract firmware and software from archived physical media (e.g., floppy disks, CDs, tape drives) and upload into designated repository. Maintain tracking spreadsheets to monitor progress and data integrity. Provide regular status updates and generate project metrics as needed. Query automation databases to confirm whether systems are still active. Collaborate with team members in a positive, solutions-oriented manner. Qualifications Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and organizational ability. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides). Customer service mindset with willingness to assist others. Flexibility and adaptability in a project-based environment.
