The Global Risk & Compliance Organization (GRC) is an independent risk management function, led by the Chief Risk Officer, with the objective of ensuring that American Express operates in a safe, sound, and fully compliant manner with all applicable regulatory expectations. GRC creates and maintains the overall risk management framework, performs independent risk management assessments, and monitors applicable risks.

The Compliance, Intelligence, Adherence, & Oversight Team Governance team is responsible for developing, overseeing and strengthening the organization's Compliance Risk Management framework to ensure that governance structures, policies, and procedures are robust, effective, and align with regulatory requirements and best practices. The Compliance Committee Governance team ensures that compliance committees operate effectively, facilitate informed decision-making, and align with regulatory expectations and internal governance standards.

Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
