Location: Remote / Hybrid (depending on your setup) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist Company: ZMOT Auto About the Role ZMOT Auto is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Audience Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This entry-level role will play an important part in executing audience marketing campaigns that support our media buying and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role will assist in deploying email and SMS campaigns, managing audience lists, and ensuring marketing campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule. While experience in digital marketing or campaign management is preferred, it is not required. We are looking for someone eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within a collaborative marketing team. Key Responsibilities Assist with the deployment of email and SMS marketing campaigns using SendGrid Build and manage campaign audience lists Support the media buying team by executing monthly marketing campaigns Coordinate campaign schedules and ensure timely deployment Review campaigns for accuracy, formatting, and proper audience targeting Monitor campaign performance and report basic metrics to the team Maintain organized records of campaigns and marketing assets Assist with other marketing operations tasks as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred (not required) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently Strong written communication skills Interest in digital marketing, email marketing, or audience segmentation Experience with SendGrid, email marketing platforms, or marketing automation tools is a plus, but not required What We’re Looking For Someone who is eager to learn and grow within digital marketing A dependable team member who takes ownership of their work A proactive problem-solver who can adapt in a fast-moving environment Why Join ZMOT Auto? Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and work location.
