Job Description

The Business Analyst role will focus on defining/refining business requirements for a project. The role requires to meet with business and technology teams and acts as a bridge between them to assimilate and dispense information in easily understood terms

Responsibilities:

Help communicate initiatives and priorities to field facing support staff via email and phone conversations
Review and escalate Advisory account breaches and variances
Maintain reporting around current daily tasks and initiatives
Analyze large sets of data and report findings to the team
Review, update, and maintain policies and procedures

Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters Degree
Excellent written and Oral communication skills
Detail Oriented and Organized
Skilled in influencing and negotiations at all levels to accomplish goals
Work Independently and proactively to take initiatives in problem solving
Skilled to work among multi-facet teams and stakeholders
