As an Executive Recruiter / Search Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, interviewing, and presenting top-tier talent for leadership and mission-critical positions. You will partner closely with clients and candidates while building long-term relationships within your specialized industry vertical.

The Role

• Executive Recruiting: Identify and engage top industry talent through outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic calling
• Client Development: Build and expand relationships with animal health companies, serving as a consultative partner, helping clients solve critical leadership needs
• Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure lasting success and repeat business.

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working onsite in our office in Solon, OH.
