The ideal candidate will have: Prior experience in sales (insurance sales experience is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build relationships and close deals. Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset (key for success in a sales-driven environment). Responsibilities Core Duties Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close sales effectively. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and services. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long‑term satisfaction. Maintain client relationships through consistent follow‑up calls and communication.
