Our fast-paced, inclusive culture offers incredible growth opportunities and a great place to work! Responsibilities Behavioral assessments to identify client knowledge, skills, and behavioral needs. Deploy specific health coaching to address objectives and goals as identified during assessment. Implement coaching plan using behavior change principles to identify barriers and develop ways to overcome those barriers. Document each session and share that as appropriate. Monitor and evaluate interventions and modify when necessary. Increase individual patient engagement, capability, and accountability through Musculo community and Musculo's unique AI generated chatbox. Provide education, information, and encouragement to clients about available interventions including diet, fitness, behavioral and social connectivity programs. Demonstrate continued dedication to the field of health coaching through continuing education units & pursuit of new certifications. Adapt behavior to the specific patient population, including but not limited to: respect for privacy, method of introduction to the patient, adapting explanation of services or procedures to be performed, requesting permissions and communication style. Outreach and enrollment. Qualifications Nationally recognized certification/licensure, through National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching.
