Overview Interest Inquiry : Health Coach (RDN Preferred or experienced in nutrition) – Join a Lifestyle Medicine Pioneer Team Location: Princeton, NJ area Status: Future Opening (Part-Time with growth potential) The Vision: Change happens at home, particularly in the kitchen, grocery store, not just the exam room. We are gauging interest for a Health Coach to join our primary care team including lifestyle medicine physicians. We believe the Health Coach is the "glue" of the Lifestyle Medicine model, and we are looking for a nutrition-focused professional to lead our patient behavior change program. Appointments with patients will be mostly virtual or at patient's home. The practice is a membership-based direct primary care structure which allows for easier implementation of preventative and lifestyle changes. The Ideal Candidate Background: Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or a strong clinical nutrition or culinary medicine background highly preferred. Will consider health coaches with different expertise, however. Certification: NBHWC certification is a significant plus. Philosophy: Passionate about the 6 pillars of Lifestyle Medicine and skilled in motivational interviewing. The Opportunity We are formalizing our expansion plans and want to identify a coach who is ready to grow with us. This role will start as part-time (flexible hours) with a clear trajectory toward full-time as we attract more patients.
