You’ll work directly alongside our experienced outside sales team, learn about our markets inside and out, and gain hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle — from prospecting to project execution. High performers will have a clear pathway to transition into field sales and manage their own territories.

Position Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be a key driver of new business development and revenue growth. You’ll generate and qualify leads, engage decision-makers, support active projects, and build relationships across multiple vertical markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls daily to identify, qualify, and cultivate new opportunities
  • Manage and convert inbound leads using our CRM system
  • Research and identify new business opportunities across key vertical markets
  • As needed, support all vertical markets as a direct sales contact
  • Partner with Business Development Managers and Outside Sales Representatives on active accounts
  • Assist in managing projects from concept to completion
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, track pipelines, and manage spreadsheets
  • Execute cold outreach campaigns via phone and email
  • Assist with social media engagement and analyze performance metrics

  • Minimum requirements: 4-year college degree in business or exercise science with a minimum of 2 years proven track record in full-time sales.
  • This full-time position is based in our Stafford TX based corporate headquarters and showroom (not remote).
  • Base pay $42,000 a year plus incentives and bonus structure to deliver $60-$75,000 per year plus competitive benefits (health insurance and 401K matching).
