Annual base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities
First-year compensation range of $45,000–$75,000
Competitive uncapped commission potential
Opportunity to earn an estimated $125,000 by year three based on productivity

What You'll Do As an Insurance Sales Agent, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects while helping drive agency growth. You'll:
Build relationships with prospective and existing clients through proactive communication
Quote, market, and present personalized insurance solutions
Follow up on lost business, unsold quotes, inbound inquiries, and monoline accounts
Identify opportunities to round out accounts and strengthen client protection
Listen to client needs, ask thoughtful questions, and recommend coverage options
Manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity with consistency
Work toward individual and agency sales goals
Maintain accurate client and prospect information in agency systems
Partner with teammates, account managers, and carrier partners to deliver a strong client experience
Seek referrals, support client retention, and help build long-term agency relationships
What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is motivated, coachable, and ready to grow in a performance-driven environment. You'll be successful in this role if you:
Hold a Property & Casualty insurance license or are willing to obtain one
Have strong communication skills and enjoy connecting with people
