Pay: $18/hr

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (flexible start time)

This position is ONSITE in Marysville, OH must be able to commute to Marysville, OH

What’s a typical day as IT Administrative Assistant/IT Provisioner? You’ll be:
• Provisioning access for multiple applications across North America, ensuring security and compliance.
• Processing access requests completed and approved in ITSM, and terminating user access as necessary.
• Providing customer assistance when required, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, ServiceNow, ISIM, ITSM, and Active Directory (must-haves).
• Possess strong customer satisfaction skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
• Are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
