Requirements:

• Reliability of attendance and Punctuality
• Reliable means of transportation or a reliable way to get to work (very important)
• Should possess attention to detail and have pride in your work
• Must be a team player
• Physically capable to lift 50lbs or more
• Physically and mentally capable to work on roofs and high places (no fear of heights)
• Availability of 6 days/week and/or 50+ hrs/week (sometimes 70, 80 or even 90 hours
• • must have a clean driver’s license, ability to lead the grounds crew while installing lights on trees, bushes, monument signs & buildings
  • using of Bucket Truck – must have a clean driver’s license, ability to direct the ground crew while wrapping trees and buildings with strings of lights.  Our buckets reach up to 65 feet
  • .DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• install holiday decoration lighting
• set up &work from ladders and lifts when required
• locate ,report and troubleshoot issues related to lighting and decor
• QUALIFICATIONS
• any type of installation experience
• must comfortable working at elevated heights
• must be able to work graveyard shifts (8pm or later )
• must have a clean / valid driver's license 100%
• OTHER RULES .
• clock start when you reach the first job site and when you leaving the last job side . ( or less you starting working at the meeting up location.
• 1 day training with no pay second  day you will starting getting pay .
• if you mess up any job or sloppy work  and the crew have to go out and do over your work you have to paid for all that work hours that crew take to do your work . get it right the first time .
• we work outside sometime inside bring your own food and drinks we provide water and ice for all workers .
• we work all over Florida and sometimes we travel to other states to help other installer with task
• we installing all holiday , wedding and events all year we work
• treat all with respect 100%
• all job have to be done on time
