To support the organization's learning initiatives, the full-time remote LMS Administrator will lead the implementation and administration of Workday Learn, manage user engagement, and analyze learning data to drive continuous improvement in training effectiveness. Key responsibilities: Administer and maintain Workday Learn, including system configuration and user management Develop and analyze LMS reports to track training completion and effectiveness, providing actionable insights Design engaging eLearning content using adult learning principles and modern authoring tools Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, education, technology, or a related field 3+ years of hands-on LMS administration experience, preferably with Workday Learn Experience in supporting LMS implementation and system configuration Ability to build and analyze reports and translate data into actionable insights Experience designing eLearning using instructional design methodologies and tools
