Franciscan Ministries is seeking an MDS Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This role is responsible for coordinating and completing accurate, timely MDS assessments, care area assessments, and individualized care plans for residents. The MDS RN will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, optimize reimbursement, and support high-quality, person-centered care.
