- Setting: Outpatient Pain Clinic / Interventional Pain Procedures
- Employment Type: Travel Nursing Contract
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (June 1, 2026 - August 30, 2026)
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230
- Schedule: 4-day work week, variable Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Shift: 8-hour days
Required Certifications & Qualifications - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
- Experience working in a fluoroscopy room and safely wearing lead protection
- Ability to provide required health and background documentation (MMR, TB test, Hepatitis B, Tdap, etc.)
- Strong communication, patient education, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities - Provide direct patient care and nursing management before, during, and after outpatient pain procedures
- Assist with interventional pain management procedures (injections, nerve blocks, fluoroscopy-guided interventions)
- Prepare patients, monitor vitals, administer medications per protocol, and support sedation and recovery processes
- Ensure safe use of fluoroscopy equipment and lead protection for staff and patients
- Document assessments, procedures, and patient education accurately in the medical record
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
