A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a school setting located in Oswego, IL. This contract role offers the chance to work with a dynamic team providing speech-language services to pediatric students, with a focus on both in-person and teletherapy modalities.


Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
• Experience working in pediatric healthcare and school settings.
• Familiarity with teletherapy as a mode of service delivery.
• Completion or active pursuit of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is welcome.
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills are essential.
• Ability to support speech-language pathology assistants (SLPA) and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy to students in a school environment, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Conduct assessments and maintain detailed documentation.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Participate in teletherapy sessions as needed to enhance service delivery.
• Receive support from certified clinical fellow and speech-language pathology assistants provided by the organization.
