The customer service of a Workout Anytime PT must be outstanding! We are not only taking these individuals through one-on-one training, but we are also teaching them to implement HIT cardio, weight training, and a whole food nutritional program to provide consistently amazing results! Future promotional opportunities will be available to those who demonstrate excellence and leadership capabilities./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliAbility to conduct success session and personal/group trainings as a certified trainer. (Experience and/or related degrees are encouraged but on-the-job training will be provided)/liliEnsure all prospect/guest information is entered into the club management software system (Club OS/Data Track) and complete all required tracking forms and processes./liliRespond to member and guest concerns, suggestions, and complaints in a timely, professional, and consistent manner. If you are unable to resolve the issue, please communicate the issue to the owner./liliSelling PT and ensure that members are working out safely and effectively.
