Job Description - Lead full project lifecycle activities from contract award through shipment, installation, and customer acceptance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication, meetings, and milestone alignment.
- Build, maintain, and track detailed project schedules across engineering, procurement, fabrication, assembly, and testing.
- Facilitate and drive action item closure across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Field Service teams.
- Coordinate customer-side readiness including site requirements, installation planning, and sequencing.
- Manage scope alignment, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans addressing technical, supplier, capacity, and logistics challenges.
- Support change control processes, ensuring internal and customer clarity on cost, schedule, and deliverable impacts.
- Assist in planning and executing Factory and Site Acceptance Testing activities and achieving customer signoff.

The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent blend of education and technical industry experience.
- 3+ years managing or supporting complex industrial, capital equipment, or engineeredtoorder projects.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in technical environments.
- Strong communication skills with experience leading customer meetings and documenting decisions.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements, review engineering documentation, and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and project planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- Experience working with multinational teams and understanding exportcontrolled work.
- Willingness to travel 10-20% domestically and occasionally internationally.
