They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all the responsibilities, skills, efforts, or working conditions associated with this job./pulliOur culture of cleanliness must be maintained at all times at the highest level possible daily on all equipment/liliCommercial A Drivers License with a current DOT Medical Card/liliClean driving record for the last three years/liliDrive concrete boom pump on public roadways/liliMust be able to perform daily inspections and daily maintenance equipment and maintain record logs/liliEstablish proper base to set up boom/liliAbility to operate multiple style concrete pumps to include placement booms and trailer pumps./liliAbility to determine concrete mixes that will pump under design pressure allowed by pump/liliAbility to set up line pump systems/liliMust follow manufactured guidelines and safety requirements in operating pump/liliMust be able to perform simple mechanical duties in order to replace parts and schedule maintenance/liliMust be able to present and negotiate final work costs with owner and obtain signatures at the end of every pour./li/ulpRequirements/pulliMinimum of three years of experience operating concrete boom pumps/liliPreferred current certification from American Concrete Pumping Association/liliGood directional skills/liliMust have the ability to exert heavy physical effort, handling average weight object to 80 pounds/liliAbility to navigate the jobsite and maintain balance/liliHigh School Diploma or equivalent/liliBilingual in Spanish is a plus./li/ulpThe following competencies are needed to successfully perform this job:/pulliAbility to write routine correspondence and communicate with co-workers./liliMust have a collaborative working style and ability to promote the spirit of teamwork/liliAbility to comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals./li/ul/div
