In this role, you'll oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of communities throughout Metro Detroit. Reporting directly to the Director of Property Management, you'll provide leadership, financial oversight, operational direction, and team development support to ensure each property meets performance goals and maintains Kaftan's high standards.

5+ years of progressive experience in property management, including multi-site or regional oversight.
Strong financial acumen with experience reviewing budgets, financial statements, and variance reporting.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing property management teams.
Knowledge of fair housing regulations and applicable local/state property management laws.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Ability to travel regularly throughout the Metro Detroit portfolio.
Proficiency with property management software (Yardi experience preferred) and Microsoft Office.
A valid driver's license and current insurance.
