What You’ll Do (Mix of Clinical + Growth)

• Conduct in-home client assessments & create care plans
• Build relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, and referral partners
• Convert inquiries into active clients (no cold, corporate sales pressure)
• Represent our company in the community & at events
• Support caregiver hiring, onboarding, and quality visits

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license in South Carolina
• 2+ years nursing experience (home care a plus)
• Strong communicator who enjoys people + relationship-building
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Sales or networking experience is a BIG plus
