Your Responsibilities

* Utilize our innovative platform alongside your own network to identify promising healthcare candidates

* Reach out to potential candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess their interest

* Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiting team for comprehensive screenings

* Stay in touch with leads to nurture interest and assist throughout the hiring process

* Keep accurate and current records within our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on the number of meetings set, interviews conducted, and successful placements from your engagements

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* A proactive, self-driven approach you control your schedule and priorities

* No previous recruiting experience is necessary if you're resourceful and organized, we'll teach you the details!

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-only, performance-driven role. There's no limit to how much you can earn, and no upper threshold on your success.

Your earning potential is tied to the tangible value you generate:

* Received commission for each qualifying meeting you arrange

* Additional compensation when interviews take place from your outreach efforts

* Commission multipliers for new business generated

* Bonus commissions for successful placements that originate from your leads
