THE ROLE As a Revenue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in serving our customers. You will engage directly with customers throughout the customer life cycle, from onboarding to ongoing management and contract renewals. Your revenue management expertise combined with your stellar organizational skills will allow you to build trusted relationships and further drive customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate closely with our sales team to continue growing DIAMO’s customer base, as well as our product team to help guide further innovation of the DIAMO platform. WHAT YOU’LL DO Customer Onboarding Build customer relationships and own the onboarding procedures to create an outstanding client experience Collaborate with customers to determine the best revenue strategy to maximize performance Execute on onboarding tasks, including platform integration, marketing set-up, and OTA optimization Provide training to customers to ensure fluency in the platform Ongoing Customer Management Remain available to customers to provide additional training and help problem-solve when necessary Analyze performance and platform usage to proactively communicate to clients how they can better utilize the platform Revenue Management, Distribution & Analysis Regularly assess pricing, distribution and marketing strategies across your portfolio to identify new opportunities for clients to maximize performance Assist customers with distribution issues and optimization relating to the channel manager, OTA connectivity, etc Digital Marketing Monitor performance across pay-per-click campaigns (SEM, Metasearch, OTA Sponsored Listings) and effectively communicate results to clients as needed Build on your experience to drive further innovations within the DIAMO platform by working closely with the Product team Provide feedback and insights to the Sales team to help further propel growth OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE Highly-Organized: You remain calm in fast-paced environments and can increase efficiency by exceptional time management and organizational skills. Data-Driven & Analytical: You have the strong ability to analyze revenue and marketing performance and deploy new strategies to maximize revenue and profitability to hotels. Problem-Solver: You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and can take initiative to enhance existing processes. Entrepreneurial Spirit: You thrive in a startup environment and are motivated to help DIAMO get to the next level. Relevant Prior Experience: 2-4 years of revenue management experience and prior customer-facing experience.
