Position Summary:
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to drive revenue growth through hands-on ownership of HubSpot, marketing operations, and sales enablement. This is a builder role for someone who wants to own the systems, programs, and reporting that turn pipeline into revenue.
Most of your time will go toward executing in HubSpot: building campaigns, lifecycle and nurture programs, lead routing and scoring, and sales sequences that make our reps more productive. You will also handle recurring and ad-hoc reporting, support QBRs and board materials, and partner with growth leadership on the metrics that matter.
This role spans marketing operations, sales enablement, and revenue reporting, with high visibility across executive leadership, sales, marketing, and client success.

Work Environment & Travel
Primary work done remotely, with 1-2 days on-site at Homestyle Direct’s new Cool Springs, TN office and quarterly travel to locations in Lewisburg, TN and Twin Falls, ID.
