SAP MM/WM SME

Level Required for Primary Skill Expert (10+ years experience) Responsibilities Lead the resolution of complex incidents and service requests in MM and WM modules, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for business users on day-to-day system issues and MM/WM process questions. Proactively monitor system performance, identify issues, and take corrective action as needed. Suggest and implement enhancements to MM/WM processes, configuration, and reporting. Analyze, test, and deploy system changes and improvements according to established change management processes. Maintain clear documentation for system configurations, support procedures, and issue resolutions. Share knowledge with team members and provide training as needed. Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure ticket resolution and system stability. Support integration with related SAP modules (SD, PP, FI/CO, etc.) to maintain end‑to‑end process integrity.
