Job Overview – Real Estate Investment Analyst

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000/year + bonus

Location: Montgomery County, PA (Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Real Estate Investment Analyst in Montgomery County, PA for our client, supporting market research, investment analysis, and portfolio strategy across real estate equity and debt platforms. This role focuses on analyzing global real estate markets, developing investment insights, and producing research for internal teams and client-facing materials. The position requires strong analytical skills, experience with Excel, and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.

Responsibilities as the Real Estate Investment Analyst:

• Market Analysis: Analyze U.S. and global real estate markets, including sector trends, capital flows, and macroeconomic drivers.
• Financial Modeling: Build models and forecasts to evaluate market conditions and support investment decision-making.
• Research Development: Produce research reports, white papers, and market commentary for internal and external audiences.
• Investment Support: Partner with investment teams to support portfolio positioning, strategy development, and new opportunities.
• Data Management: Maintain and enhance datasets used for research, reporting, and analysis.
• Client Support: Assist with presentations, RFPs, and ad hoc research requests across the platform.

Qualifications for the Real Estate Investment Analyst:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is required.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in real estate research, investment analysis, or a related role is required.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate markets and economic fundamentals is required.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills are required, with experience using real estate data platforms preferred.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are required.
