Proven $500K–$1M producers within our platform typically earn between $225K–$400K+ annually , depending on production mix, retained volume, and self-generated revenue. Structure includes: Tiered base aligned to verified trailing production Aggressive commission on self-generated revenue Higher splits on personally originated retained engagements Lower splits on company-sourced accounts Uncapped upside Compensation is customized based on verified billings and demonstrated portability.
