Job Description:
PIRTEK Thousand Oaks is hiring a Senior Hydraulic Service Technician to service, assemble, and install hoses for a diverse industrial customer base in the Ventura County and LA County area. We are seeking applicants with excellent communication and strong customer service skills. If you are mechanically inclined and enjoy interacting with customers in the field, PIRTEK could be an excellent career path.

As a PIRTEK Hydraulic Service Mechanic, you will be operating out of a mobile hose workshop/van. You will be carrying out service calls in the local area. This provides the opportunity to develop relationships with new and existing customers.

PIRTEK Thousand Oaks is growing and there are many opportunities for career advancement in management.

Responsibilities:

• Service, fabricate/assemble and install hoses for a broad range of customers
• Carry out service calls in the local area (working on a variety of construction equipment, manufacturing equipment)
• Provide unparalleled customer service

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of Hydraulic Hose Experience
• 3+ years of Heavy Machinery Mechanic Experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Good Communication Skills
• Positive attitude
• Self-motivated
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work on-call on a rotating basis
• Must be able to lift 40lbs on an as needed basis
• Would like but not necessary: previous hydraulic experience

Compensation: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
