This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, understands social media trends, and can help maintain a consistent, engaging, and strategic online presence for our brand and clients. Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Google Business Profile
• Write and edit captions that align with brand voice and platform best practices
• Create graphics and simple visual content using Canva or similar tools
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement activity as directed
• Maintain content calendars and keep posting schedules organized and on track
• Research industry trends, content ideas, and platform updates
• Gather performance data for monthly social media reports
• Help ensure social content is accurate, on-brand, and approved before publishing
• Coordinate with team members on content updates, revisions, approvals, and deadlines

• Strong written communication and proofreading skills
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and best practices
• Basic graphic design experience, preferably in Canva or Adobe Express
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Prior social media, marketing, or communications experience is preferred

• Basic understanding of analytics and engagement metrics
