StretchLab, the industry leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Flexologists in Canton, Connecticut. This is an amazing opportunity to become a part of a new modality that is revolutionizing the fitness industry.

With Co-Founders who come from the Personal Training industry, StretchLab has become a pioneer in empowering clients to 'Live Long' through a variety of stretching offerings. We have assembled a team of experts certified in fields such as physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more. At StretchLab, we pride ourselves on having the finest team of Flexologists who undergo our proprietary training program to deliver world-class stretching sessions.

Responsibilities as a Flexologist:

As a Flexologist, you will provide one-on-one assisted stretches to clients and lead guided group stretching classes for up to 6 participants. Your responsibilities will include:

• Motivating and encouraging clients throughout their stretch sessions
• Building and retaining StretchLab memberships
• Ensuring client safety by applying proper stretch techniques and enforcing our policies
• Attending staff meetings and educational presentations
• Addressing member concerns
• Assisting with studio tours and sales
• Maintaining a strong social media presence
• Keeping equipment clean and well-maintained

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay range: $23-$26
• Commission based on sales
• Opportunity for performance-based bonuses

Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Love of boutique fitness environment is a must passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
• Preferred background in one of the following:
• Massage Therapist
• Personal Trainer
• Physical Therapist
• Pilates or Yoga Instructor
• Dance Instructor
• Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with clients.
• Fitness certification required.
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.
• Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy.
• Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve their goals.
• Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to our attendance policies.
• Must be available to go through our 3-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training.
