Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel Occupational Therapist with acute/inpatient experience for a 13-week day shift assignment at a Level 3 trauma center in Albany, Oregon.

Details

• Acute care inpatient setting at a 79-bed Level 3 trauma center
• Inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services provided
• Patient population spans pediatrics to geriatrics with orthopedic, neurological, and ADL-related needs
• Outpatient interventions include hand therapy, orthopedics, neuro, custom splinting, driving assessments, and ADL training
• Day shift, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM, no weekends
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered Oregon OT license required (license required if applicable)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant OT experience
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification required

Additional Information

• Evaluate and treat patients experiencing decline in self-care, physical mobility, or functional independence
• Inpatient duties include evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and ADL needs
