Requirements

• Required certification: Radiation Therapy
• 1+ years of experience
• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Cancer/Heterotopic Bone/Keloid 3. Certifications: ARRT(T), BLS, ACLS required in hand 4. License: Wisconsin/compact license (can be pending, must get during compliance) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s Days, call not required 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off; RTO required upon submission 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius for locals; locals accepted at lower rate (-$5) 11. Background: Background hits accepted on case by case basis 12. Modules: 3-4 hours average, non-billable if completed within first 8 hours of orientation; recorded via facility report 13. Travel Experience: Not required; first time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Ceil Blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Elekta Versa HD with Hexapod Table Top and Vision RT Critical: 2 supervisor references required after offer. Badge photo required within 24 hours of acceptance. Cannot accommodate latex allergies. Patient ratios: 4 during days.
