About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Food Safety and Quality Assurance to spearhead the advancement of FSQA strategy at an enterprise level. This pivotal leadership role involves close collaboration with executive teams to fortify food safety systems, elevate quality standards, and support the organization's growth. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape and enhance the food safety culture, drive operational excellence, and implement scalable, industry-leading FSQA programs. Key qualifications for this role include a background in food safety and quality within a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of leadership and success in navigating regulatory, GFSI, and customer audits. The role requires a leader with the ability to mentor and build high-performing teams, as well as strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to lead initiatives from inception to execution. The ideal candidate will be adept at communicating and partnering across various levels of the organization to ensure alignment and achieve results.
