Support regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and risk management in partnership with specialized teams. Lead digital transformation and spearhead AI initiatives. Requirements: What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field 7 years in IT, 3 in leadership (financial services required) Deep knowledge of banking tech, regulations, and security Strong communication, leadership, and vendor management skills AI and digital transformation experience a plus If you are unable to submit your application electronically, you may contact the Human Resources Department at 806-775-5000 so that we may assist you.
