UCP Staffing is looking to fill 10 positions with a local food manufacturing client

Duties

• Operate and monitor food processing equipment
• Ensure all production activities comply with food safety management systems
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
• Assist in packaging operations, ensuring proper labeling, sealing, and storage of finished products.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
• Experience in food processing plant operations
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements, recipe adjustments, and quality checks.
• Familiarity with sanitation procedures, safety standards in production, and regulatory requirements within the food industry.
• Basic understanding of packaging processes and materials used in food manufacturing.
