At DIAZ SHAFER IMMIGRATION , we help our clients live, work and thrive in the United States, and we are really good at what we do. Reporting directly to the Firm Owner, the Immigration Attorney will independently manage a diverse caseload—from initial intake through final resolution—including administrative filings, removal defense, and federal immigration court advocacy. You’ll lead strategic case planning, supervise support staff, and ensure timely, high-quality client service.
