We're expanding our team and looking for a Doctor of Chinese Medicine who is enthusiastic about providing outstanding integrative care in a dynamic, healing environment. Your Role: • Provide Outstanding Patient Care: Conduct thorough consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, accurately record patient histories, administer acupuncture, herbal medicine, and other traditional Chinese medicine therapies to address various health conditions and promote overall wellness. • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with other practitioners within the clinic, including acupuncturists, massage therapists, and administrative staff, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care and optimal treatment outcomes. • Community Outreach: Build relationships with other healthcare providers, participate in community events, and engage in networking opportunities to promote the clinic’s services and integrate traditional Chinese medicine within the broader healthcare community. Who You Are: • A Doctor of Chinese Medicine: Licensed in the State of New Mexico. Our clinic focuses on digestive healing, reproductive medicine, mental health, chronic pain and cosmetic acupuncture, so an interest or additional training in one or all of those areas is ideal. As a clinic who values a holistic approach, we will often run labs and prescribe supplements and therapeutic diets. Experience or a desire to learn functional medicine is a must. • Passionate Advocate: You have a genuine interest in acupuncture and holistic health and are eager to share this passion with others. Willingness to learn and develop your professional and clinical skills to grow your practice. Must be dedicated to improving the quality of life of your patients, and enthusiastic about personal growth. There will be trainings, check-ins, reviews, and coaching to ensure we are all growing to our maximum potential. • Skilled Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills, self-aware, with the ability to engage positively with patients and team members alike. • Proactive Problem Solver: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage a busy environment.
