What You’ll Do

• Deliver personalized, results-driven acupuncture treatments in a high-demand environment
• Create thoughtful, ongoing treatment plans that support long-term client outcome and build strong relationships with clients to drive retention and referrals
• Integrate acupuncture, cupping, and TCM lifestyle recommendations into a cohesive care plan
• Confidently recommend herbal and wellness products to support results outside the studio
• Maintain exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and efficient medical charting

What We’re Looking For

• NY State Acupuncture License + NCCAOM certification
• Strong clinical intuition and ability to adapt treatments to client needs
• Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills
• Passion for TCM and making it accessible to a wider audience
• Availability to work at least one evening or weekend shift with a minimum of 3 shifts a week.

Nice to Have (We’ll Also Train You)

• Herbal medicine experience
• Experience in a high-volume or wellness-focused environment

Compensation

• Competitive hourly base pay + per-treatment bonus ($10–$20 per treatment based on volume)
• Additional earning opportunities through enhancements and memberships
• Typical earnings range: $28-$75
